Unlike other garages, we have been accredited by Kia to best care for your vehicle and are able to provide fully Warranty support. Our technicians have been trained by Kia to provide expert repairs, using the latest tools and Kia diagnostic equipment. We only use Kia approved parts to ensure full compatibility and to prolong the life of your vehicle. All Kia labour and parts come with a two year warranty.

We are also fully accredited by the Motability Scheme and can therefore provide full Warranty repair support, as well as annual Servicing, for your Kia Motability vehicle.

During your visit our Technicians will check Kia's database for any outstanding software updates or recalls we can action whilst you are with us. We will also update the digital service history of your vehicle for future reference.

Every Kia that comes to Underwoods receives a comprehensive Visual Health Check and we will advise you of any work we recommend.

We are Kia Authorised at our location in Clacton, providing for full 7 Year Kia Warranty support. Our locations in Sudbury and Tiptree can also care for your Kia. Should you choose to wait we make each of our locations as comfortable as possible. There is always a comfortable place to sit, with free WiFi provided and a choice of refreshing hot drinks including Tea, Coffee (made from fresh beans), Latte, Cappuccino and delicious Hot Chocolate.

As much as we enjoy your company, we will try to make your stay as short as possible.

Interim Service from £239. Major Service from £339^.

^Major Service only for vehicles over 3 years old and under two litre engine size. Major Service including Spark Plugs (for vehicles 4 and 8 years old) £370.

Motability with Kia

Many of you will have purchased your new Motability Kia from Underwoods in the past. As we have continued to hold Kia Authorised Repairer status, we can support all Warranty repairs on your Motability Kia vehicle as well as the annual Servicing and eventual MOT test. It doesn't matter where the vehicle came from originally or who the Main Dealer were, your local Underwoods Kia garage can help.

We will ensure all parts, oils and lubricants are Kia approved and the work carried out by our trained professionals. Just book as normal with Underwoods and we will be delighted to see you. All our sites have wheelchair accessibility and we will provided refreshments while you wait.

Courtesy car driver’s must be 21 years or over and a valid driving licence must be provided. All electric courtesy car usage will be charged at 15p per mile. All petrol courtesy cars must have fuel replaced to same level when returned. Charges apply. Exclusions may apply.
